This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Estate Simulator (the "Application") and the website www.shivaytech.net (the "Site"), which are provided by Shivay Tech LLC ("Shivay Tech," "we," "us," or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Application or visit the Site.
Estate Simulator is designed primarily as an on-device, local-first application.
Gameplay information generated through your use of the Application may include information such as:
inherited items and your collection;
opened letters and game history;
virtual net worth and item values;
reputation;
rental income and other simulated financial information;
item-management decisions, such as keeping, selling, renting, or donating virtual items;
daily game progress; and
application preferences and settings.
This gameplay information is stored locally on your device and is not intentionally uploaded to servers operated by Shivay Tech.
The Application does not currently require you to create an account.
Deleting the Application may permanently delete locally stored gameplay data, subject to any backup functionality provided by your device or operating-system provider.
Estate Simulator displays advertisements using Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
The Application may display different types of advertisements, including rewarded advertisements that you may voluntarily choose to view in exchange for an in-game benefit and interstitial advertisements displayed during gameplay.
Google and its advertising technologies may automatically collect, receive, process, or share certain information when advertisements are requested, displayed, or interacted with.
Depending on your device, operating system, geographic region, privacy choices, and advertising configuration, this information may include:
IP address and approximate or general location derived from an IP address;
device identifiers, including advertising or app-related identifiers where permitted;
information about advertisements displayed or interacted with;
interactions with the Application, such as app launches, taps, or video views;
diagnostic information;
application and SDK performance information; and
other technical information necessary for advertising, analytics, security, fraud prevention, and measurement.
This information is processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies and advertising terms.
Shivay Tech does not receive your name, payment-card information, contacts, or other directly identifying information from you merely because an advertisement is displayed.
Advertising practices may differ depending on your geographic location and the privacy choices available to you.
Estate Simulator is configured to request non-personalized advertising. Non-personalized advertisements are not selected based on a user's past behavior or inferred interests. However, Google and its advertising technologies may still process certain device or technical information for purposes such as ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security, and fraud prevention.
The Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage advertising-related privacy notices and consent choices where required.
Depending on your jurisdiction, UMP may present a privacy or consent message before advertisements are requested. The choices presented may vary based on applicable law, your location, device configuration, and Google's advertising requirements.
Where consent is required, the Application will not request advertisements until the applicable consent process permits advertisements to be requested.
In some jurisdictions, users may be provided with a Privacy Options interface that allows them to review or modify applicable advertising privacy choices.
Depending on a user's choices and applicable legal requirements, Google may serve non-personalized, limited, or otherwise restricted advertisements.
Your device or operating system may provide additional privacy controls relating to advertising identifiers, tracking, or other advertising technologies.
The Application may request permission to send local notifications.
Notifications are used for gameplay-related reminders, such as reminding you that daily content is available.
Gameplay reminder scheduling is performed locally on your device. Shivay Tech does not operate a remote push-notification service for these reminders.
You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Estate Simulator is designed to require limited device permissions.
Depending on your device and operating system, the Application may request permission to:
send notifications; and
access advertising-related capabilities or identifiers where permitted by the operating system and applicable to the advertising services used by the Application.
You may control applicable permissions through your device settings.
The Application may rely on third-party and operating-system services necessary to distribute, operate, secure, and monetize the Application, including:
Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK;
Google Play and Google Play Services on Android devices;
Apple App Store and Apple system services on iOS devices; and
other services supplied by your device or operating-system provider.
These third parties may independently process technical, device, transaction, advertising, or usage information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Shivay Tech does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.
Shivay Tech does not sell the gameplay information stored locally by Estate Simulator.
Shivay Tech does not operate a server that receives your Estate Simulator collection, opened letters, virtual net worth, reputation, or other locally stored game progress.
Third-party advertising providers may process information as described in Section 2 for advertising, measurement, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Such processing is subject to applicable law, your privacy choices where required, and the third party's own privacy practices.
Because the core gameplay information described in Section 1 is stored locally, Shivay Tech does not maintain a server-side copy of that information.
Local gameplay information generally remains on your device until it is deleted by the Application, you clear the Application's data, or you uninstall the Application, subject to any device backup or restoration services outside Shivay Tech's control.
Information processed by third-party advertising or platform providers is retained according to their respective policies and applicable law.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, provide support, investigate technical issues, and maintain appropriate business records.
You may request deletion of support communications by contacting us, subject to information we may need to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.
When you visit www.shivaytech.net, the Site's hosting or platform providers, including Google Sites where applicable, may automatically process technical information such as:
IP address;
browser type;
device information;
access date and time; and
cookies or similar technologies necessary for website operation, security, or performance.
Information processed by the website platform is governed by the applicable provider's privacy practices.
Estate Simulator is not directed to children under the age of 13.
Shivay Tech does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Application.
Third-party advertising services used by the Application may be subject to additional requirements concerning children and younger users. Shivay Tech configures its advertising practices based on the Application's intended audience, applicable platform requirements, and applicable law.

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws may provide rights regarding personal information.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.
Because Estate Simulator's core gameplay information is stored locally on your device rather than on Shivay Tech's servers, Shivay Tech generally does not possess a server-side copy of that gameplay information for you to request from us.
Advertising-related information may be processed by third-party advertising providers as described in this Privacy Policy.
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights concerning personal information under applicable state privacy laws, including rights to know about certain processing, request deletion or correction, and opt out of certain forms of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable.
Shivay Tech does not sell your locally stored Estate Simulator gameplay information.
